Issue Tracker is a browser-based tool that facilitates issue management among
small or large user groups. The application allows field users to enter issues
and a "help desk" adminstrator to manage timely issue resolution.
Field users and managers view status of issues via on-line reports. The
application uses an e-mail pager interface for critical issues.

The Link is a browser-based tool that allows a large collaborative working group
to pass multi-phased work projects amongst one another to completion. User
"inboxes" and a flexible scheduling module allow many different types
of projects operating on separate schedules to be worked concurrently. All
project-related information is tracked in the Link database and is available in
a variety of operational and management reporting formats.

Application trains end users (sales and sales support reps) on how to use the
OrderManager application, and acts as a ready help reference for field users
involved in performing OE tasks.
