Phrases in capitals like "YOUR EMAIL" should be substituted with your own e-mail address, etc. To join a mailing list, click on rightmost column in table and follow the appropriate directions to subscribe. Never send subscription or unsubscription requests to the contribution addresses listed below, only to those listed in the "Join" column. Most lists, when not making it impossible, highly frown upon those who try to contribute without subscribing. Some lists are "read-only". Unless otherwise noted, subscription is free.
